This Privacy Policy describes how Calquate ("App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application. This policy is prepared in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") where applicable, and the Apple App Store and Google Play review guidelines.

By downloading, installing, or using Calquate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Calquate is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
